Co-Founder · Certified Interior Decorator
Suzi Percy
I was born in Scotland and raised in France. My husband, our three children, and I moved to Florida in 2018, and we are now grateful to call Viera our home.
Since 2004, I have built and managed two international e-commerce businesses — solid experience that now drives me to take on this new challenge. After collaborating on several redesign and remodel projects, I became a Certified Interior Decorator, and through LMD I guide my clients through their own.
With an eye for cohesive colors and neutrals, textures, lighting, and custom design, I transform each space into a comfortable, inviting place you’ll want to spend your time in.

Thomas Plazanet
I am the co-founder of LMD, alongside my friend Suzi. Born and raised in France in an architectural environment, I love creating curated spaces for my clients — listening to their needs, studying their tastes, and designing timeless rooms they love to live and work in.
With years of experience in remodeling and decorating, I draw inspiration from traveling the world. A few years ago, I established my home with my family here in the USA and became a Certified Interior Decorator.
I enjoy DIY home projects and time with family and friends. My aspiration: to create a home that is truly unique to you.
